AMP College & Career Fair - November 19th
The AMP will be hosting an agriculture focused College & Career Fair on Friday, November 19th from 10:50AM to 1:00PM in the AMP Commons. All AMP students will be able to attend the fair either during their 4th, 5th, or 6th period AMP course or lunch period.

Post-secondary representatives from Texas universities, colleges and technical schools will be in attendance to provide AMP students with information about educational opportunities in agriculture after high school. Representatives will also be in attendance from agencies and employers to share career opportunities with AMP students in the areas of agriculture.

2021-2022 James Madison FFA Dues

One of the expectations for every AMP student is to be an active participant in the AMP. Active participation can be achieved by becoming a member of the James Madison FFA (the student leadership organization for AMP students) and participating in any of the literally 100+ FFA activities that will be offered this school year.

FFA dues are $20.00 for the entire school year and can be paid (cash or check) in the AMP Administration office.

With membership in the FFA, AMP students will have access to outstanding leadership and career development opportunities, supervised agricultural experiences, degrees, awards, and scholarships. FFA members will also receive a James Madison FFA commemorative t-shirt (the supplier of t-shirts has experienced extremely long delays in shipping but we are expecting t-shirts before the Thanksgiving break).
