SAE GRANT PROGRAM
PURPOSE
The purpose of the SAE Grant program funded by the James Madison FFA Booster Club is to provide students with an opportunity to establish, improve, and/or maintain their SAE program through financial assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be eligible to make application and be awarded a SAE Grant, students must meet the following qualifications:
ADMINISTRATION OF GRANT
The James Madison FFA Booster Club is responsible for reviewing, awarding and administering the SAE Grant program. The James Madison FFA Booster Club will determine the final amount of funds awarded to a student not to exceed $500 per awarded grant. If awarded a grant, the student is responsible for complying with the following requirements: (1) provide monthly or quarterly progress reports (as determined by the FFA Booster Club) to the FFA Booster Club and potential donors; (2) maintain an accurate record of finances and hours using the AET online system; and (3) submit a SAE Grant Expense Report to the FFA Booster Club reflecting the expenditure of the awarded grant.
APPLICATION PERIOD
The application period for the 2022-2023 school year is October 3, 2022 through November 1, 2022. Applications may be downloaded below and must be received in the AMP Administration Office no later than 4:20pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Grants will be reviewed and awarded by the James Madison FFA Booster Club in December 2022.

- Be a NEISD student enrolled in a program of study within the Agriscience Magnet Program (AMP).
- Be a student that has a magnet status in good standing with the AMP. The student may not apply if their magnet status is probationary or revoked due to lack of participation, academic grades, attendance/tardy issues, or disciplinary action.
- Be a student that has paid FFA membership dues for the current school year.
- Be a student with an active Agriculture Experience Tracker (AET) account.
